The cottage sits on West Long Pond Road and is surrounded on three sides by conservation land, making it
a great destination for nature lovers.

The private waterfront is just a short walk across the sandy road and down a wooded hillside. The
waterfront has a dock, a floating raft and a small sandy area for sitting. The swimming area has a gradual
entrance into the water with a small sandy portion that suits waders and young children. You may beach or
tie up smaller boats to the side.
