Directions to Long Pond, Apley House, the Palace, Lilli Group, and The Point
From Boston
Take Route 3 East past Plymouth to Exit 3 (Clark Road, Long Pond Exit).
At the end of the highway ramp, take a right onto Beaver Dam Road. Go a short ways and turn left onto Long Pond Road. Follow
Long Pond Road about 2 miles to the first paved road on the right (Halfway Pond Road). Turn right onto Halfway Pond Road. Go
about one mile until you pass a white country church. Just after the church make a right turn onto West Long Pond Road, a dirt road.
Apley House is about one mile down – it is the first house on the left side of West Long Pond Road.
To get to the Palace, Lilly Group and the Point: After you turn onto West Long Pond Road, turn right at the first road, Cornish Field
Road, and follow to the end. You will come to a large Pinewoods Camp sign. Turn left after the sign and the take an immediate left up a
steep hill and down a long dirt driveway. At the bend in the driveway, you will see the Palace parking area, the Palace is just below the
crest of the hill. At the end of the driveway, you will see a large carriage garage. Lill guests may park in this area. The Camphouse is on
the top of the hill north of the garage. The Lilli Group is to the left of the camphouse on the waterfront. They are labeled: Dick’s Maggot,
Betty and Helen, Ricky’s House and Lilliburlero
From NYC and Providence
Take I-95 North to I-195 at Providence. Go East on I-195 to Exit 22A. Merge onto MA Route 25 East towards Cape Cod. Take
Exit 3 towards US 6 Bourne/Hyannis. Enter the roundabout and take the first exit (right) onto Head of the Bay Road. This turn is a bit
tricky, but you can go around the traffic circle again if you miss it the first time. Go about 1.4 miles on Head of the Bay Road. Turn
Right onto Plymouth Lane, which becomes Bourne Road after 1 mile. Go 6 miles to the end of the road. Turn left onto Halfway Pond
Road. Take the first right onto West Long Pond Road, a dirt road.
