2009 Rates for Cornish Point Cottages
Rental Schedules
Although there are always exceptions, July and August rentals
generally run for one week. Apley rents from Sunday to Sunday
and the Palace rents from Friday to Friday. June and September
schedules are more flexible. Occasionally we have fill-in periods
of less than one week. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and
check-out time is before 10:00 AM.

For reservations made before April 30, a deposit of one quarter
of the rental amount will secure your reservation. A second
deposit of one quarter of the amount is due on April 30th. For
reservations made after April 30th, a deposit of 1/2 the amount is
required to hold the reservation. The remainder is due three
weeks prior to your arrival. Payments are not refundable.
Payment may be made by ckeck, money order, cash or Pay Pal.
Credit cards are not accepted.
